Prices and Payment Terms Prices shown are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. All the payments must be received in US dollars (US$). All terms of payment are net 30 days. Any unpaid amounts overdue are subject to a 1.5% monthly charge (or 18% annual fee).
Product Liability Aroz Technologies products are intended for R&D purposes only, not for drug, human or any other purposes. All products should be handled only by professional laboratory staff familiar with potential hazards of products.
Product Quality All products are analyzed in our QC laboratories and purity is generally 90%, or 95% for amino acids and their derivatives, or indicated otherwise. COA data are available upon request
Shipping Delivery and Returns Aroz Technologies uses standard two day delivery (or equivalent) or unless instructed otherwise at the time of order. Shipping/handling charge will be added to the invoice for each order automatically.
Aroz Technologies is fully responsible for its products sold. However, the buyer must inspect products immediately after receipt. For any shortage or damage of products you may experience, you should inform Aroz Technologies within five business days after the arrival of the products. For quality problems, Aroz Technologies should be notified within ten business days of receipt. Failure to do so in the time frames stated above shall constitute a waiver by buyers to such claims. No products will be returned without Aroz Technologies prior written authorization.
